prevention departments.

Instructor Course
Specifications:
Three day, 24 hour,
professionally-formatted, comprehensive training program
Includes classroom
instruction and low-impact, physical skills development instructor-level
training
Upon successful
completion of the instructor program, your selected LPD personnel will be
prepared and equipped to deliver the fully-realized, court-defensible, 8
hour operator-level "Non-Aggressive
Compliance Training for Loss Prevention Officers" course
(Note: term “Detectives” may be substituted for “Officers” based upon your
organization's preference)
Written instructor
lesson plans and all administrative documentation supplied; Copies provided
to client as well as maintained on file by Saber Group, Inc. (Administrative
documentation includes copies of attendance sheets, schedule, lesson plan,
critiques, and written tests.)
Written examination
and training skills examination (Successful completion of both required for
instructor-level certification)
All
audio-visual/PowerPoint equipment for administration of instructor-level
course provided by Saber Group
Handcuffs for use by
individual attendees to be provided by client unless other arrangements are
made in advance with Saber Group cadre. (Note: Only chain-linked handcuffs
in serviceable condition will be allowed for training/certification
purposes)
Each attendee who
successfully completes the instructor course will receive the following:
a personalized,
professionally formatted certificate suitable for framing. This
certificate will verify that he or she received the specific training
covered in the program and met all requirements to achieve an
instructor-level rating in this specific system of instruction
A CD-ROM
containing master copies of the operator-level written lesson plan, all
administrative forms and attendant documentation, and a customized
version of the operator-level PowerPoint® Presentation specially
designed for your organization. This will allow each certified
instructor to easily deliver the operator course in a similar, uniform
manner, ensuring training consistency throughout your organization
The Instructor
Course can be conducted at any suitable location, including on site at your
business location
The Instructor
Course will be conducted only by Saber Group certified instructors (no
substitutes or sub-contractors will ever be used)
The Instructor
Course can be conducted on whichever days client desires, including
weekends, ensuring maximum flexibility to accommodate busy schedules
A minimum of ten
(10) students, maximum of fifteen (15) students can be trained per iteration
of the Instructor-level Course
