This decision was reached after a lengthy T&E process during which Mike put the Brite-Strike Blue-Dot series of lights through a number of torture tests. He was so impressed that he now carries a Brite-Strike clipped in his pocket and depends on it while working in the field. These non-concealable ballistic panel carriers are produced by POINT BLANK BODY ARMOR in a variety of configurations. After using these carriers for several years, the SGI cadre is now proud to offer them for sale through our website. The FIREARMS INSTRUCTOR model is especially recommended, for in addition to providing ballistic protection when your own ballistic panels are inserted, it allows the professional firearms instructor to carry a wide array of equipment in easily-accessible pockets while conducting training programs. The distinctive red color and removable high-visibility firearms instructor identification panels (front and back) also allow for easy location and identification of training personnel in a variety of lighting conditions, enhancing safety and control. Mike Conti, Director of SGI, is shown wearing one while running a training iteration below. Even from the side, the distinctive "firearms instructor red" carrier is immediately discernable.
